Potato Leek Soup
Ingredients
- Leek
- Garlic
- Broth
- Potato
- Cream
Directions
- Cut up about 3 leaks, white only (save the green for broth)
- Cook them in about 2-3 tbls of butter and add salt
- Add the garlic once the leeks are soft
- Throw in about 3 tbls of better than bullion paste
- Add 3 cups of water after 30 seconds
- Bring to a boil and add cubed potatoes
- Once potatoes are tender, blend some of it to give a creamy texture
- Add a cup of cream for taste and texture
