Potato Leek Soup

Ingredients

  • Leek
  • Garlic
  • Broth
  • Potato
  • Cream

Directions

  1. Cut up about 3 leaks, white only (save the green for broth)
  2. Cook them in about 2-3 tbls of butter and add salt
  3. Add the garlic once the leeks are soft
  4. Throw in about 3 tbls of better than bullion paste
  5. Add 3 cups of water after 30 seconds
  6. Bring to a boil and add cubed potatoes
  7. Once potatoes are tender, blend some of it to give a creamy texture
  8. Add a cup of cream for taste and texture
